The Rules
You must have an entire outfit from a single time and place as per the criteria below. You decide what time and what place and you tell us why that "time" is a single time (i.e. in some eras 50 years is a "time" whilst in others 10 years is a "time").
The outfit must contain one item completed since the previous Festival.
You must fulfil the criteria for your experience level (see below)
The outfit must be worn as part of the demonstration, this covers an outfit you have made for yourself, or one you have made for someone else.
You can nominate someone else to speak about your work, if public speaking is not your thing. This does not negate rule 4.
Evidence
Evidence to back up your talk is a good idea, so that the judges and crowd can understand your decisions and the authenticity of your item and outfit. Think about pictures or relevant primary source materials. A short handout that can be passed around the crowd can help, but is not mandatory. Do not produce a long written document, this competition is about you showcasing your project to other costumers.
